Pacific Springs has been designated as a “Vanuatu Government Approved Project” for the purposes of the Citizenship by Real Estate Investment Program (“REO Program”) by the Council of Ministers of Vanuatu.

 

Pacific Springs is located on Rentabao River on the island of Efate approximately 20 minutes from Port Vila the capital of Vanuatu.

 

Pacific Springs when complete will consist of a hotel and casino, championship golf course and at least 4,400 condominiums built around the Golf Course.

 

The Condominiums are for sale as qualifying investments under the REO Program.   The purchase of each condominium will entitle the purchaser to apply under the REO program for a passport for the purchaser, their spouse, children and designated dependents as detailed in the Citizenship (Real Estate Option Program) Regulation Order No. 93 of 2021.

 

There condominiums at Pacific Springs for the REO Program for sale for USD$220,000. 

 

If a purchaser wishes to acquire the benefits of the REO Program (i.e. the Citizenships and Passports) they will need to pay the Government and Processing Fees in addition to the purchase price for the Condominium (“the REO Purchase Price”).
